Added Gut & Immune Support

Our collection of gut & immune support supplements target specific body response’s or needs using combination formulas of whole herbs, nutrients and concentrates.

What’s Different?

GI Repair & Restore

GI Repair & Restore includes two special ingredients:

DGL: Supports mucosa by promoting mucous production, which can act as a barrier to acid in the stomach and esophagus (Source)

Glutamine: Invokes an anti-inflammatory response by decreasing inflammatory production of cytokines. Also helps create more glutathione, one of the body’s most valuable antioxidants. Glutamine has a protective nature for gastrointestinal mucosa cells and can help repair gut permeability (leakiness). (Source, Source)

HistaEase

HistaEase is combines several herbs and nutrients that will help you ease your histamine response:

Nettle: Anti-inflammatory properties with potential for reducing inflammation in the body. Nettle is also a histamine antagonist, allowing it to help reduce histamine overload and contribute to anti-allergenic pathways (Source).

Quercetin: Attenuates oxidative stress and minimizes inflammation across several cell types as well as reducing oxidative DNA damage and lowering blood pressure (Source)

Bromelain: An enzyme found in pineapple, has anti-inflammatory properties and helps digest foods, allowing it to benefit the immune system, reduce heartburn, and relieve nasal congestion. (Source, Source, Source)

NAC: Has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. NAC counteracts oxidative stress in the intestinal mucosa and recycles antioxidants vitamin C and E.NAC increases glutathione (a powerful antioxidant) levels in the body, which are rapidly depleted in times of stress and disease. (Source)

Glutamine: A conditionally essential amino acid, is necessary to consume when levels are low (such as in vegans, vegetarians, and low dairy intake) or in times of stress and/or disease. Glutamine invokes an anti-inflammatory response by decreasing inflammatory production of cytokines. Also helps create more glutathione, one of the body’s most valuable antioxidants. Glutamine has a protective nature for gastrointestinal mucosa cells and helps repair gut permeability (leakiness). (Source, Source)

Back to Balance

Back to Balance is created from one very special ingredient – SunFiber or PHGG.

This fiber is unique in that it remains liquid instead of creating a gel in the intestines, making it widely used in many applications. PHGG has been proven safe and effective in both human and animal studies in promoting gut health.

The PHGG used in Back to Balance is useful for both constipation and diarrhea symptoms. Additionally, it is safe for adults and children and is easy to mix into tea or coffee without changing or compromising the taste.

Moreover, it promotes mucosal healing in those with IBD.

The PHGG is a natural remedy for IBS symptoms and normalizing stool patterns, as well as promotes digestive health and offers a synergistic benefit when combined with probiotics.

Lastly, the PHGG helps to attenuate IBD associated changes in the microbiome.

Repeatedly using Back to Balance improves stool form and beneficial bacteria in the gut.

Immune Boost utilizes two “friendly” strains of bacteria:

  • Lactobacillus paracasei 8700:2: has been shown to possess strong antagonistic effects against harmful bacteria, to provide increased antioxidant activity, and to increase cell mediated immunity. Can reduce the severity of the common cold and plays a role in immune function (Source, Source, Source)
  • Lactobacillus Plantarum HEAL9: has been shown to possess strong antagonistic effects against harmful bacteria, to provide increased antioxidant activity, and to increase cell mediated immunity. Can reduce the severity of the common cold and plays a role in immune function (Source, Source, Source)
