Frequently Asked Questions

Multivitamin FAQ

Why don’t your multivitamins contain iron?

Our multivitamins do not contain iron intentionally. Iron needs should be individualized, especially in those that are anemic or are at risk for low iron levels.

Is it normal that the multivitamin causes bright yellow urine?

All of our multivitamins contain riboflavin which is responsible for the “bright” color urine that occurs in the few hours after consuming a multivitamin. This is normal, not harmful and an expected outcome after consuming a multivitamin.

Fish Oil FAQ

Does your fish oil contain allergens?

Our fish oil doesn’t contain gluten, dairy or soy. However, if you have a seafood allergy, this product might not be appropriate for consumption.

How is your fish oil different from others?

First off, most fish oils contain very little EPA & DHA. Research studies that look at inflammation reduction in conditions like IBD use 1-3 grams of EPA/DHA which is almost 10x what’s found in most fish oils! Our fish oil is much higher potency with 800 mg per serving.

Where is the fish oil sourced from and is it safe?

Our fish oil comes from Alaskan pollock. Omega HP is molecularly distilled and filtered to ensure purity and maximize the removal of metals, pesticides, PCBs and other contaminants.
