Our policy for refunds is for 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unopened, sealed and in the packaging it came in.  We do not refund for tolerance issues.  If you choose to return the product for a refund and you are eligible for a refund we will provide a refund for the product cost only. We will also deduct a $10 to cover the cost of shipping and processing.  

Once the package is inspected by us, if you are eligible for a refund then one will be initiated for you. You’ll receive a refund and funds will go to the the card it was purchased on.  Please give adequate time for the refund to process.  Depending on your bank it could take up to several weeks.  

After 30 days from the date of purchase, a product is no longer eligible for a refund. If you’d like a refund, email support@gutlove.us for more.
