Shipping Policy
Shipping generally takes 3-5 days unless you specified that you’d like expedited shipping during checkout. If you qualify for free shipping, please make sure to manually select that option at checkout.
All orders placed before 1:00pm CST will ship same day. As you would expect, sometimes things happen during transit that we can't control. We will do our best to work with the carrier to make it right for you.
You are responsible for putting a correct and accurate shipping address - the address can't be changed once an order is processed.
Because we prioritize shipping promptly, please monitor your subscriptions as we generally can't cancel and refund orders that have already gone out. You'll need to go through our return process and if you are for a return, we will initiate one.
Refund Policy
Our policy for refunds is for 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unopened, sealed and in the packaging it came in. We do not refund for tolerance issues. We also do not refund if you put the wrong address on it and do not receive it.
If you choose to return the product for a refund and you are eligible for a refund we will provide a refund for the product cost only. We will also deduct a $10 fee to cover the cost of shipping and processing.
Once the package is inspected by us, if you are eligible for a refund then one will be initiated for you. You’ll receive a refund and funds will go to the card it was purchased on. Please give adequate time for the refund to process. Depending on your bank it could take up to several weeks.
After 30 days from the date of purchase, a product is no longer eligible for a refund. If you’d like a refund, email support@gutlove.us for more.
FAQ's
Can I change my shipping address?
Orders cannot be rerouted to a different address once the order has been placed. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a correct and working shipping address has been entered at the time of ordering. Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it is received in order to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If you input the incorrect shipping address or fail to update your shipping address for a subscription order, we will not reship for free. We will offer a discount for a replacement order to a correct address.
Can I exchange a product?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@gutlove.us and we will initiate the process.
Can I cancel an order that just went through?
Generally we send orders very promptly so once it's ordered we will not have the ability to intervene in time to cancel the order so please monitor your subscriptions and cancel them beforehand if needed.
