Many multivitamins use cheaper nutrients that often don’t absorb as well. In our multivitamin we use research-backed nutrient forms, like chelated minerals and methylated B vitamins so your body can efficiently absorb and use them.

Iron and vitamin D need individualized dosing so we have left these out of the multivitamin. Iron generally competes with other minerals for absorption, so we opted to leave it out of our multivitamin.
